When it comes to the term minisites, it useally means a 1-10 page website, but don’t underastimate how minisites compare with other websites that have 10 of thousnads of pages, because a 1-10 page website (minisite) have made people millions with a 1-10 page website, A one or two page web sites that sells a product usually, an infoproduct that can be downloaded straight after purchase from the web or email. These harmless sites, when done correctly are unstoppable money making machines.

If you have been surfing online for sometime and looking to buy something, or if you’re interested in the topic of “online marketing” I’m sure that you’ve seen some of these 1-10 minisites that have a white box, dark blue background, red header font, and a long sales page selling you the product either digital or phical. and I forgot a big fat order button that sucks you in to buy there product and chances are you even bought from several of them. Right? Yes, that’s how powerful these minisites are.

If you want to know what are minisites are really, in my opinoin they are the perfect business to go into. because:

Because these 1-10 page minisites are so easy to produce.

They allow you to test your marketing on the go without risking anything.

The great apected of these minisites is they give you instant results on the fly.

These powerful minisites have a “huge” response-rates

And the best bit about this business, is they can run on autopiot and makje you money while you sleep

The bottom line is, is that if you are not using building these quick and easy minisites for your products and serivices, then you are leaving a lot of money on the table. to express the true protensial of your product or service.

But be warned: just making a quick 1-10 minisite hoping to make a zillion dollars in sales is not all it takes. because these powerful minisites need to be created with the right formala and created with the proper care. To make your 1-10 page minisite to take of.

But by following the correct method that internet marketers use for the products, a minisite can make your sales and profits explode like nothing you’ve ever seen before!

Do you know how to create a minisite that makes prospects buy? and continue to buy…

If you don’t, you’re not alone… Creating a 1-10 page minisite that makes visitors flip out their wallets and order your products is not as easy as it looks. Most people don’t know the “behind the curtains” look at how to grab the reader by the hand and pull him into your site, how to write eye-grabbing copy, how to ask for the order, etc.

The major problem with this, is knowing how to have a successfull minisite created the wright way for your product and services, rather than a dud minisite that dies slowly not makeing you any money in the prices.

But on a side note, minisites are the best online business for online marketing because you can have 10 of these money makeing machines and have them all on autopilot bring you money day after day even while you sleep, thats how powerful these are, the problem people have when creating these powerfull minisites is TRAFFIC and you won’t get any sales if you can’t get people to find your website, TRAFFIC and COVERSION is very important when maintaing ministes in order to make a profit.

if you need ways to get traffic to your website head on over to the page at the top that says traffic and you will find ways to get traffic to your websites.

So the formula…

Hope you relise the power of minisite and how they can grow your business effertly

Regards

Daniel Howard

In the stages of web site design, we’re going to start with a topic that is probably one of the most important aspects of web site design itself, that of navigation. Many a web site has gone to the proverbial Internet graveyard because of poor or non existent navigation, and that is no way to run a business. This article will give you some basic tips on navigation that will make your site one that people will enjoy coming to and not get lost at in the process.

The first thing you need to know, is just what navigation is. Navigation is the term used to describe how a visitor gets from one page of your site to another. Now, if you have a one page web site, this doesn’t usually apply unless you have anchor links on the page that take people to various parts of that page. Normally though, navigation applies to sites with multiple pages. The more pages you have, the more tricky navigation becomes.

Navigation needs to be looked at the way you would look at the table of contents in a book. If you were to go to any table of contents, you’d see a page number next to each chapter name. That way, you could easily jump to that chapter in order to read it. This is especially useful with technical books where you may only need the details for a specific procedure.

Well, web design is no different. Let’s say you had a site on health products and you decided that you wanted to have a main page to greet people, a page with the products you promote, another page with articles that address health related issues and finally a page for people to contact you at if they were to have any questions. Now, this is a very simple web site, but it still can easily illustrate the point.

The navigation should be simple and clear. The most common forms of navigation are either menus that go across the top of the web page or menus that go down either the right or left side. Left is usually more common that right. As to top and side, it’s pretty much split down the middle. The key, however, is that you want the navigation links to be uniform throughout the site. In other words, if you decide to go with left side navigation links for the main page, then, in the case of our example web site, you would also want the links to go down the left side for the products page, articles page and contact page. Each page should have the exact same layout and look exactly the same except for the content on the page.

The easiest way to do this is simply to create a main template that includes all your navigation and use that template for every page on your site. That way, there is no way that you can foul this up as you are simply taking the same HTML shell code and using it for each page. All you need to do is change the content.

Also, make sure that the links to each page are large enough to be seen and attractive looking. You want your navigation to look as interesting as the rest of your site.

While this is a very simple and basic example, it should be more than sufficient to provide you with a web site that people will feel comfortable coming to and not get lost at in the process.

Hope this helped

Daniel Howard

Even though more and more Internet users switch to broadband every year, a large portion of the web’s population is still running on good old dial up connections. It is therefore unwise to count them out of the equation when you’re designing your website, and a major problem we have to make, for dial up users is the loading time of your website.

Generally, all the text on your website will be loaded in a very short time even on a dial up connection. The slow-loading sites is mainly large images on your website, and it is very important to strike a good balance between using just enough images to attract your users and not to overwhelm them by leaving your website because of the loading time of your site.

You should also go to a greater length through image optimization for every image on your site to make sure it loads in the least time possible. What I really mean is to use image editing software to remove unnecessary information on your images, and thereby effectively reducing the file size of your image without affecting its appearance.

If you own Photoshop, it will be obvious to you that when you save an image as a JPEG file, a dialog box appears and lets you choose the “quality” of the JPEG image . normally a setting of 8 to 10 is good enough as it will preserve the quality of your image while saving it at a small file size. If you do not have Photoshop, there are many free image compressors online that you can download and use to reduce your image’s file size.

On the other hand, you can opt to save your images in PNG format to get the best quality at the least file size. You can also save your images in GIF format, the image editing software clips away all the color information not used in your image, hence giving you the smallest file size possible. However, saving in GIF format will often compromise the appearance of your image, so make your choice wisely!

The point of this tip is, if you have a lot of people coming to your website, you are going to want to reducing load time for the fastest time in connection with all Internet connections, such as broadband and dial up. It is a very important point to know that your website loads up the quickest time possible, therefore not losing potential people to join your marketing because they didn’t wait around for your 30 website to load up.

So go to your website and check the load time, if it’s more than 7 seconds (That’s the proven myth on how long people stay at your website for before leaving) then compress your images to be below that.
